Yesterday, we successfully concluded our Optimising Expatriate Management: Navigating Malaysia's Employment Pass Systems and Services event, co-hosted with activpayroll, TalentCorp, and MYXpats. 

This impactful session brought together HR professionals, business leaders, and finance experts to discuss challenges and opportunities in expatriate hiring and management. From regulatory compliance to expatriate integration and key systems, the event provided actionable insights to enhance talent strategies in Malaysia. 

The event kicked off with welcoming remarks by Mr. Andrew Philp, Executive Director, APAC, activpayroll, who emphasized the importance of payroll services in navigating Malaysia’s complex regulatory framework. This was followed by opening remarks from Mr. Steven Rouche, CEO of EUROCHAM Malaysia, who highlighted the power of collaboration in addressing challenges and optimizing expatriate management.
