Scania, a global leader in sustainable transport solutions, continues to reinforce its commitment to a greener future through its Ecolution partnership, supported by Scania Digital Services. By integrating digital solutions with targeted sustainability initiatives, Scania is enabling fleet operators to enhance safety, improve fuel efficiency, and significantly reduce environmental impact.
Scania introduced the Ecolution partnership in Malaysia in 2018. It is a tailor-made partnership between Scania and its customers, with the sole purpose to maximise their fleet’s fuel efficiency and reduce emissions, all to meet customers’ Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) requirements. This goal is achieved and maintained long-term through ongoing driver training, digital coaching, and vehicle and fleet optimisation. Since its inception, Scania Ecolution has reduced 4,804 metric tonnes of CO2, which is equivalent to planting 72,058 trees.
Customers in the Ecolution partnership will also be a part of ‘A Good Company’ Competition and their drivers will be part of “A Good Driver’ Competition to reduce even more carbon emissions. Customers will operate their Scania vehicles with the most significant CO2 reductions and make a positive impact on the environment while claiming their place as an industry leader.
