KUALA LUMPUR -- Rundingan Perjanjian Perdagangan Bebas (FTA) Malaysia-Eropah (EU) yang terhenti, akan disambung semula tahun ini, kata Duta Besar yang juga Ketua Delegasi EU ke Malaysia, Maria Castillo-Fernandez.
Beliau berkata Ketua Perunding Negara Anggota EU akan membuat pelancaran semula cadangan rundingan semula itu bulan depan di Brussels, Belgium, bagi menentukan 'bila dan bagaimana'.
Castillo-Fernandez berkata Malaysia dan EU mempunyai asas kukuh untuk memuktamadkan rundingan dalam tempoh masa yang munasabah.

We enjoyed our meeting with Mr. Shaharul Sadri Alwi, DG of Standards Malaysia and his team today; exchanging thoughts to increase European community's awareness on Malaysian standards as well as to explore opportunities to stimulate EU-Malaysia cooporation in related topic areas.

EUROCHAM Malaysia have moved to a new office located at Menara The Stride, Bukit Bintang City Centre. We would like to officially inaugurate the new office with an office warming session, in conjunction of Europe Day on 9^th May 2023 and would also like to host a Hari Raya Open House. The expected list of guests would consist of government officials, bilateral chambers, European embassies, corporate partners, and large corporate members.
