Breaking ground for a sustainable future! Equalbase invests RM300 million (US$63.6 million) in Valdor, Penang, for its groundbreaking carbon-neutral logistics facility. Spanning 4.6 hectares, Valdor I is set to exceed average Malaysian warehouse energy efficiency by over 50% with innovative materials like carbon-cured concrete, reducing CO2 emissions by 30%.

The topics covered included a briefing on the 2024 Budget by Deloitte Tax Services, unveiling the details of updates on the Budget 2023 themed “Reformasi Ekonomi, Memperkasakan Rakyat” (Economic Reform, Empowering People). It focused on the changes impacting both corporate and personal budgets.
