Europa Awards for Sustainability 2019

Europa Awards for Sustainability is a EUMCCI flagship program which aims to identify, qualify and promote business excellence in Malaysia from companies that have demonstrated extraordinary performance in the field of sustainability.

EUMCCI’s flagship Europa Awards returns in 2019 with comprehensive range of award categories consistent with the
European Union’s sustainable development values. There are five award categories in total, including:
• Best Sustainability Reporting
• Best Innovation in Sustainability
• Best Social Impact (Large/SME)
• Best Environmental Impact (Large/SME)
• Best Sustainability Leader (awarded to an individual)

As programme creator and a organiser, EUMCCI has received recognition from the United Nations (UN) Malaysia as: “Good Practice Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Award Provider”. With this, the collaboration between EUMCCI and UN Malaysia is to ensure that all award categories and selection criteria are aligned with the “2030 Agenda” for Sustainable Development.
