The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Updates: List of Allowable Trade Distribution Sector Activities

The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) has released a press statement and list of allowable trade distribution activities. Here are the highlights:

LIST OF ALLOWABLE TRADE DISTRIBUTION SECTOR ACTIVITIES:

1. Shopping complex

2. Supermarket/hypermarket

3. Departmental Store

4. Pharmacy / personal care

5. Convenience store / mini-mart

6. Laundry (excluding self-service)

7. Restaurant

8. Furniture store

9. Gold shop

10. Electrical and electronics stores

11. Bookstores & stationery

12. Hardware store

13. Animal feed

14. Vehicle workshop, maintenance and spare parts

15. Car distribution and sales centre

16. Other Specialty Retail Stores: Gas Stations.
