Main highlights:
-Number of passengers allowed in a private vehicle, taxi and e-hailing is limited to three (3) people only including the driver.
-Movement to obtain services or medication in the district closest to their residence is allowed if the service or is not available in their residential district.
-Eateries, dining outlets, food trucks, roadside hawkers, mobile hawkers, food courts, hawker centres, roadside stalls or kiosks, are allowed to operate between 6:00 am to 10:00pm for drive-thru, takeaway and deliveries only. NO dine-ins.
-All economic and business sectors approved by the relevant Ministry or Agency can operate during the MCO period. The movement of employees is subject to the registration or operating permission letter
or employee pass or letter.
-Movement for official Government business must be accompanied by a document, official Government
letter or employee pass
