MITI Free Trade Agreement Impact Assessment Workshop

EUROCHAM Malaysia CEO, Mr. Sven Schneider, and the team as well as other private sector stakeholders participated in the Free Trade Agreement Impact Assessment Workshop happening today! The workshop was organised by the International Trade Centre in collaboration with the Ministry of International Trade and Investment (MITI) and funded by the EU via the ARISE Plus project, represented by the EU Delegation in Malaysia.

It is focused on capacity building on Free Trade Agreement (FTA) Impact Assessment, and it aims to provide private sectors with the insight related to the Impact Assessment (IA) including the methodology as well as strengthen the private sector’s understanding of impact assessment in formulating free trade agreements.

We thank MITI for inviting EUROCHAM Malaysia for this extensive and informative workshop, as we strive to work together in building and continuously enhancing our knowledge and understanding of the matter at hand.
