EUROCHAM Malaysia, together with the Delegation of the European Union to Malaysia and Invest Sarawak, orchestrated a memorable EU-Malaysia Business Day 2024 in Kuching on February 14th. With support from Bilateral Chambers and Invest Sarawak, the event united 100 businesses, fostering exploration of investment prospects in Sarawak.
H.E. Michalis Rokas, Ambassador of the EU to Malaysia and YB Datuk Amar Haji Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, Deputy Premier of Sarawak, graced the event attended by 250 individuals, including Ambassadors, diplomatic representatives and government officials.
The dynamic day featured activities like a captivating performance by Petra Dancers and a workshop addressing digital, green, and social economy topics. Insightful panel sessions on "Green Transition Financing" and "The Future of European Footprint in Sarawak" were the evening's highlights.
