Areas involved:
Penang, Selangor, WP Kuala Lumpur, WP Putrajaya, WP Labuan, Melaka, Johor, and Sabah
Operating hours:
- Restaurants/F&B: 6AM-8PM
(no dine-in, only take-away allowed)
- Petrol Stations: 6AM-10PM
- Daily Wet & Farmers’ Market: 7AM-2PM
- Pharmacy: 6AM-8PM
- Wholesale Market: 11AM-6AM & 11AM-4PM
- Hospital, Clinics, and Medical Facilities: 24 hours
Activities/businesses NOT allowed during PKP (MCO) :
- Night Market
- Clothing stores, self-service laundry, spectacle stores, tuition/art/music/dance/etc classes
- Hair salon, spa, reflexology
- Night club, pub, karaoke, theaters
- In-person meetings (government and private)
- Seminars
- Large social events
- Sporting events and group sports (except jogging and biking under strict SOPs)
- Interstate/interdistrct and overseas travels
Economic Activities:
- Companies may operate if categorized as Essential Services (please refer to Essential Services List)
- Businesses are to encourage employees to Work From Home.
- Only 30% of employees in management allowed to be on premise, support staff will be determined by employers while adhering to strict SOPs.
