On behalf of our fellow member, Crowe Malaysia, we would like to extend an invitation to the upcoming webinar regarding Indirect Taxes: Voluntary Disclosure and Amnesty Programme (VA), happening Friday, 14 January 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

The long-awaited guidelines for the Voluntary Disclosure and Amnesty Programme (VA) were recently released by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) and will take effect from January 1, 2022. The programme is available to resolve various indirect tax liabilities such as import duty, export duty, sales tax, service tax, excise duty, GST, tourism tax, and departure levy.
