Meeting with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNPk) and Port of Antwerp-Bruges International (POABI)

EUROCHAM Malaysia hosted a pivotal meeting at our office, together with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNPk) and Port of Antwerp-Bruges International (POABI) in a significant step towards the realisation of the LuMIC project. Stemming from the EU delegation's insightful visit to Lumut Port last year as part of the EU Global Gateway Initiative in Malaysia, LuMIC aspires to pioneer an Integrated Maritime Industrial Cluster in Manjung.

The vision is transformative: Lumut evolving into a beacon of modernity, a sustainable logistics hub brimming with economic opportunities. This ambitious project resonates deeply with our shared goals of economic advancement and sustainability within the region.

During the meeting, the dialogue surged with potential synergies and support mechanisms, charting the course for future collaborations. It's a thrilling prospect, laying the groundwork for a partnership that could significantly impact the Lumut Maritime Industrial City project's success.
